I am a mother, nature lover, healer and wholistic wellness provider. In my spare time, you will find me hiking in Colorado’s beautiful mountains, playing with my children or reading a good book.
I have over 16 years of experience in the field of physical therapy, am licenced to practice in the state of Colorado have training in kinesiotaping, muscle energy techniques, pediatrics, vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and much more.

At Van Woensel Health and Wellness, we are a private-pay practice. This allows us to offer fully personalized care without the limitations that can come with insurance coverage. We do not accept health insurance, but we are happy to provide you with detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Sessions range from $30–$200, depending on length, services, and insurance. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings.

During your first visit, we will conduct a thorough evaluation, which includes reviewing your medical history, assessing your current condition, and discussing your goals. We will then create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. This visit may also include initial exercises or therapy to begin addressing your concerns right away.

For adults, therapy sessions are approximately 55 minutes. For pediatric sessions, they typically last between 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the child's age and tolerance level. We tailor session lengths to ensure comfort and maximize effectiveness for each individual.
